Fixes:
- Fix issue where agent server would not be update/deleted correctly when applying a template
- Fix issue where you could not delete a pagelink if the agent also had the default linked
- Fix issue where two properties would be missing in the change notification when updating a page version
- Fix issue where one property would be missing in the change notification when updating a page component
- Fix issue where you would see sector default pages
