# Sharing UI Components

If you've made a UI Component you want to be used by other companies, you can either share your component directly with other companies, or submit your app to the <Anchor label="Marketplace" target="_blank" href="https://marketplace.ixon.cloud/">Marketplace</Anchor>.

# Sharing

Sharing UI Components can be done from **Studio > UI Components > More options > Share**.

If your UI Component is linked to a Cloud Function to form an App, you can share the App via **Studio > Cloud Functions > More options > Share**. The company the app is shared with, will need to enable the app in **Admin > Apps** before they can use it.

Please note that the UI Component is only displayed under **Studio > UI Components** for companies that own the component. Both companies can see it under **Admin > Apps** if the UI Component is linked to a Cloud Function.

> ❗️ Do not share UI Components deployed and published in a Trial company!

> As you work on a UI Component you have created or modified, you might want to test it further in your Permanent company/environment. Keep in mind that ***it is not recommended to share a UI Component from a Trial Environment with other companies***, as it could cause confusion and clutter in the future.

> Instead, **re-deploy it and re-publish it in your Permanent company**.

# Submitting to the Marketplace

If you want your UI Component to be usable by all IXON customers, you can <Anchor label="send a request via the webform" target="_blank" href="https://marketplace.ixon.cloud/en/submit-app">send a request via the webform</Anchor>. Once we have received your submission, one of our product managers will reach out to you for next steps.
